1.        Compose a set of suitable dialogue between a teacher and student about COVID-19 and assistance to the student.
Ans:  Ram is a student and having a conversation about covid-19
         Teacher     :   Hello Ram, How are you?
         Ram          :   I am fine but my father has some problem.
         Teacher     :   Oh, What's the problem?
         Student     :   My father had positive result in rapid test of corona virus.
         Teacher     :   Oh my God!  Where is he now?
         Student     :   He is in Teku hospital.
         Teacher     :    Tell me how can I help you?
         Student     :   Tomorrow I need to go to the hospital with some money. But.....
         Teacher     :   But what?
         Student     :   I do not have any penny.
         Teacher     :   Do not worry. I have some. Take it and do some expenses for curing corona virus.
         Student     :   Thank you sir.

2.        Write the dialogue beween a shopkeeper and a customer about buying clothes.

            Shopkeeper    :  Good afternoon. Sir,
Customer        :   Good afternoon.
Shopkeeper    :   Can I help you ?
Customer        :   Yes, I'd like to look at some T-shirts.
Shopkeeper    :   What sort of T-shirts would you like, sir ?
Customer        :   A well one. Do you have cotton ones ?
Shopkeeper    :    Yes, of course.
Customer        :   What types of t-shirts do you have?
Shopkeeper    :    We have an excellent range of T-shirts in cotton.
Customer        :   Please, show me that yellow one.
Shopkeeper    :   Oh, sorry. It won't suit for you as it's smaller in size.
Customer        :   Yeah! I'm choosing it for my son.
Shopkeeper    :   Well then, it's great. It's a new arrival.
Customer        :   Oh! Really! Please pack that one.

3.      Write a conversation between two friends about an accident.
Ans:  Arati      :   Hello! How are you?
Suniti    :   Fine! But I'm very busy at caring my sister. She broke her ankle.
Arati      :   How did she break her ankle?
Suniti    :   She was riding bicycle.
Arati      :   How did you take her to the hospital?
Suniti    :   I called an ambulance to take her to the hospital.
Arati      :   Did you have to pay for the ambulance?
Suniti    :   Yes, I paid Rs. 1500.
Arati      :   Did the doctor plaster her ankle or simply bandaged it?
Suniti    :   Yes, he plastered her ankle.
Arati      :   When did doctor say she will be all right ?
Suniti    :   The doctor said that she would be fit and fine after 2 months.
Arati      :   Is she at home now or in hospital?
Suniti    :   Now she is at home.
Arati      :   Tell her I'll come to her tomorrow. Bye.

4.      Prepare a set of dialogue between a tourist and a receptionist about booking a room for staying for few days.
Ans:                        A conversation between a tourist and a receptionist
Receptionist      : Good evening.
Tourist              : Good evening.
         Receptionist      : Can I help you, madam?
         Tourist              : Have you any room vacant?
Receptionist      : Yes, madam.
Tourist              : What type of room do you have?
Receptionist      : We have single and double bed rooms. Which one do you like?
Tourist              : I want one single in the ground floor.
Receptionist      : Oh! Sorry, madam. We do not have those types of room now in that floor.
Tourist              : What about on the first floor?
Receptionist      : Yes, madam. We have one on the first floor.
Tourist              : What facilities do you provide here?
Receptionist      :  Of course. Here is a brochure giving all information about the facilities we provide here.
Tourist              : Well, I want to book a room for a week.
Receptionist      : Ok. Thank you, madam.
5.      Compose a dialogue with at least six exchanges on a sick family member in the family.
Ans:                       
          Suman     :  Good afternoon, Saroj.
Saroj       : Good afternoon, Suman.
Suman     : How are you?
Saroj       : Me ok.  And you?
Suman     : I'm fine, thank you.
Saroj       :  I heard that your father was ill. How is he now?
Suman     :  He's much better now than before.
Saroj       :  I'm glad to hear that.
Suman     :  How is your family?
Saroj       :  Not very well, I'm afraid. They all have colds.
Suman     :  I'm sorry to hear that. I hope they will all be better soon.
Saroj       :  Thank you. I'll tell them that you inquired after them.
Suman     :  Yes, please do that. Well, see you later.
Saroj       :  Sure, thanks.

6. Compose a set of dialogue between a patient and a doctor who meets in a clinic about the regular tests and examination of patients

Ans:        A patient greets a doctor in the morning
Patient:   Good morning, Doctor.
Doctor :  Good morning, Sir. How can I help you?
Patient:  Dr. its my regular check up time as schedule.
Doctor:  Oh, nice to hear you. Where had you checked before?
Patient:  I had checked in next clinic with Dr. Ojha before 4 months.
Doctor:  Ok, then tell me what problem do you have now?
Patient:  I always feel feverish nowadays. I haven't been feeling well lately. I often feel quite sick.
Doctor:  Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that. What about headache?
Patient:  I've had severe headaches for several days
Doctor:  What's your appetite like?
Patient:  Not at all. I don't feel like eating anything.
Doctor:  Let me take your temperature first. Now, I want to check up your chest. Breathe deeply.
Patient:  Is there anything serious, Doctor?
Doctor:  No, nothing serious. I'm prescribing two kinds of tablets for three days. Don't eat any                                            fried, spicy and hot food. Come to see me if the trouble doesn't go quickly.
Patient: Thank you very much, Doctor. Good bye !
Doctor: O.K. Good bye!
